Mark T. Carroll is the President of CALM Weather, LLC. He
has a B.S. in Meteorology from Northern Illinois University and
is a member of the American Meteorological Society (AMS),
National Weather Association (NWA) and the Nuclear Utility
Meteorological data Users Group (NUMUG). Mark has been a
member of the Adjunct Faculty at South Suburban and Prairie
State College. The over 25 years of meteorology experience Mark has
